Your tasks:
- Oversee R&D projects focused on electrical systems, including power cables and transformers
- Serve as a communication bridge between the company, grid operators (TSOs/DSOs), and academic institutions to keep projects on track
- Provide interpretations (Japanese, English, German) during technical discussions
- Help align technical requirements and solve challenges related to power transmission and grid infrastructure
- Contribute to the preparation of documentation, project summaries, and research reports
- Follow developments in the energy sector to support innovation and guide strategic decisions
Your profile:
- Master’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related field for example)
- Business Fluency in Japanese, strong proficiency in English and German
- Experience in technical project coordination, managing R&D projects or in the energy or power transmission sector is advantageous
- Knowledge of power cables, transformers, grid systems, or renewable energy technologies is a plus
