Associate in Credit Team- Bank (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:
- Prepare clear, high-quality credit applications, including financial, industry, and peer analyses, to recommend appropriate obligor & facility grades.
- Review credit-related documents and confirm that conditions are appropriately set to minimize the bank's risk exposure.
- Maintain strong communication with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to support smooth credit approval processes.
- Monitor and review assigned credit portfolios in line with policies, procedures to ensure that the bank remains compliant with regulatory requirements as well as maintain the internal grading systems
- ensuring accurate internal grading.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and support team members in delivering customer-focused, timely service.
Your Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in finance, business, law, or a related area
- Business fluent in English and German, other language skills are a bonus
- Experience in the financial sector or banking industry is highly desirable
- Strong communication and people skills to work well with different teams and departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and adaptability to learn new systems quickly
