Your Tasks:
- Review and verify customer information during account opening, including identification and business details, and assess customer risk levels.
- Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and sanctions regulations by keeping customer records up to date and reporting any potential risks or unusual activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to collect required documents and support a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
- Conduct regular and event-driven reviews to update customer profiles and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies, assisting with staff training, and preparing reports for management.
Your Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in finance, business, law, or a related area.
- Business fluent in English and German, other language skill is a bonus.
- Strong communication and people skills to work well with different teams and departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and adaptability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in banking or financial services, is a plus.
