Your Tasks:
- Handling customer inquires
- Responding to customer requests and resolving issues
- Coordinating with internal departments to provide solutions and follow up on customer requests
- Managing customer accounts, contracts, and related documentation
- Managing complaints and issues when necessary
Your Profile:
- Proficiency in English and Japanese or German. any other European language is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in (B2B) sales support, customer service, or other related fields is a plus
- Automotive industry knowledge or interest in this industry is a plus
