Your Tasks:
- Enter shipping data
- Record in the system transportation contracts made by phone or email, based on the information provided
- Send out shipping documents
- Provide information to internal and external parties, including shipping and transportation instructions, and information required by customers
- Prepare air and ocean freight plans
- Prepare daily inventory reports
- Warehouse management, inventory control
- Other administrative duties
Your Profile:
- Fluent in English
- communication skill
