Your Tasks:
As a member for support and customer service, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including the following:
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers and work closely with the support team
- Process and maintenance of customer information
- Communication with customers to inform and advice about company products/offers as well as handling inquiries e.g. regarding fee conditions
- Support other departments for process bookings or information changes
- Prepare all needed documents for monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Translation of documents and material (Japanese <> English, if possible also German)
- Additional tasks may be added
Your Profile:
You work in a detail-oriented manner, are always customer-oriented and a team player. Additionally, you also have the following qualities:
- Successfully completed university degree or successfully completed commercial training, preferably in financial/accounting area
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, customer support/service or in the banking sector strongly preferred
- Business fluent Japanese and very good written and spoken English skills
- Additional German skills are very benefitial
