Your Tasks:
Freight forwarding operations, mainly covering Eastern and Southern Europe from Germany
Handling customer inquiries and requests, providing timely support and coordinating solutions
Coordinating with external service providers and partners regarding ocean freight, trucking, and customs clearance
Managing payments and related financial transactions
Supporting office administration, accounting, and bookkeeping activities
Your Profile:
- Work Experience or interest in International Trading, Logistics and Freight Forwarding
- Some work experience in administration or customer service is an advantage
- English and German proficiency
- PC skills Communication skills
