Your Tasks:
- Recruitment-related tasks (creating and posting job postings, screening applicants' documents, arranging and conducting interviews
- Managing the renewal and termination of labor contracts
- Creating and implementing company rules and policies
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Preparing and implementing responses to new laws and regulatory changes
Your Profile:
- Fluent in German
- HR experience in Germany
