Your Tasks:
- Receiving purchase orders from customers and provides instructions to warehouse for proper delivery of merchandise.
- Issuing purchase orders to suppliers
- Maintain appropriate inventory and consignment inventory by managing inventory and placing orders with suppliers ´
- Keep price lists in order with updates or new quotes from sales and customers to customers
- Communicate with warehouses, suppliers, and accounting regarding discrepancies between received orders and invoices.
Your Profile:
- Fluent in German
- English (intermediate)
- Proven experience as logistics staff and customer service.
- Experience with SAP for logistics and proficiency MS Office (especially Excel)
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
