Operations/General Manager (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:
- Build and develop the team, establish organizational structures, and define clear roles and responsibilities.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to align operational priorities with business objectives and ensure effective support for sales activities.
- Collaborate with management and headquarter to implement business strategies and drive the growth of the presence in Germany / Europe.
- Establish and optimize business processes, coordinate administrative activities, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Prepare regular management reports, monitor KPIs and budgets, and communicate business performance, key developments and operational challenges to management.
- Conduct business planning, identify improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in general management, operations management, business administration, or a similar role, ideally in an international business environment.
- Strong understanding of business operations, business planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate effectively in both German and English.
- Excellent German and English skills; Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Class B driver's license and flexibility to make business trips
