Your Tasks:
As a sales assistant employee, you will work with the sales team and other colleagues to build and maintain good customer relations and be responsible for the following tasks:
- Analyze and report monthly sales data and report to managers and the headquarters
- Prepare accurate, customized quotations aligned with client needs.
- Manage order documentation, coordinating with sales and logistics.
- Track project milestones, address risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders following the direction of the sales representative.
- Other tasks may be added
Your Profile:
You are always customer-oriented, a team player and possess the following qualities:
- Strong proficiency in English reading and writing
- Proficient in PC skills, including Excel and Word
- German and Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Experience in sales administration or customer support is desirable (but not mandatory)
