Your Tasks:
- Drive sales of polymers and speciality chemicals, negotiating commercial terms with suppliers and customers.
- Design logistics and inventory schemes while coordinating with internal stakeholders such as regulatory, accounting, and operations teams.
- As a distributor for Japanese suppliers in Europe, execute market development through information gathering and collaboration with suppliers.
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts through client visits and market analysis.
- Resolve quality, delivery, and payment issues promptly with professionalism and agility.
Your Profile:
- Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Japanese language skills are very advantageous
- Sales experience in chemical industry or trading company is very advantageous
- High willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- High level of responsibility and commitment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
