Your Tasks:
- Managed and coordinated air freight export shipments, ensuring smooth and timely transportation processes
- Communicated with customers, airlines, overseas agents, and internal departments to support daily operations and resolve issues
- Prepared and reviewed shipping, export, and customs documentation in compliance with international regulations
- Handled customer inquiries, complaints, and cargo damage claims while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Processed invoicing, verified freight-related invoices, and collaborated closely with Operations and Sales teams
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in air freight and export operations is an advantage
- ZÜP required or willingness to obtain security clearance
- Business level German and English (spoken and written)
- Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
