Your Tasks
- Create and maintain purchase orders, production orders, and SCM master data in the ERP system
- Prepare procurement plans and purchase orders based on production and operational requirements
- Coordinate suppliers and internal departments regarding deliveries, materials, prices, and schedule changes
- Monitor inventory levels, reconcile physical stock level with ERP records
- Coordinate shipments, track deliveries, prepare shipping documents
Your Profile
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, along with initial professional experience in logistics, import/export, order processing, or internal sales support
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management operations and processes is plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems is plus
- Organization skills and team spirit
